From Acorn to Mighty Mighty Oak Tree framework showing how Top-Notch Villages and Well-Prepared Soil support children’s growth

Every child begins as a precious acorn, full of promise, purpose, possibility, and personal greatness.

Every acorn has the potential to grow into a Mighty Mighty Oak Tree™ that contributes to society and improves our quality of life in the future.

Every acorn needs a Top-Notch Village™ that nurtures, protects, and supports healthy growth and development so it has the opportunity to grow into a Mighty Mighty Oak Tree™.

Every Top-Notch Village™ needs Well-Prepared Soil™ that provides the culture, environment, and stability needed to support the important work of helping acorns grow into Mighty Mighty Oak Trees™.

That is the heart of my work as an Engagement Strategist.

I work with Head Start, early childhood education, and children and family service agencies to help organizations strengthen the village, prepare the soil, and create the conditions where children have room to grow into who they were created to become.

Every acorn deserves a Top-Notch Village™ supported by Well-Prepared Soil™ so they have the opportunity to grow into the fullest expression of their potential and one day contribute to their communities as the Mighty Mighty Oak Trees™ they were born to be.

Let’s build and support Top-Notch Villages™ together.

Dr. El Brown is an early childhood keynote speaker, trainer, and engagement strategist who partners with Head Start, early childhood programs, and children and family service organizations to strengthen family engagement, support professional development, and build Top-Notch Villages™ where children and families thrive. ❤️🌰🌱🌳☀️
