ALIGN is the second phase of the Ignite. Align. Stabilize. professional development system. During Align, the shared language and engagement philosophy established through Ignite are carried into deeper practice through Top-Notch Villages™.

 

Top-Notch Villages™ is a six-module professional development series designed to strengthen mission-aligned practice across a child’s ecosystem. The modules help families, service providers, and community members strengthen positive, goal-oriented relationships, clarify shared responsibility, and coordinate their roles more intentionally so the village works together with greater connection, consistency, and purpose.

 

The six modules build progressively, with each expanding upon the shared language, concepts, and practices introduced before it. Together, they move participants from understanding the child’s ecosystem to intentionally applying the principles of a Top-Notch Village™in everyday practice.
