ALIGN deepens the work through Top-Notch Villages™, a six-module professional development series designed to strengthen relationships, role clarity, shared responsibility, and mission alignment across a child’s ecosystem. The modules build progressively, helping families, service providers, and community members work together with greater connection, consistency, and purpose.

 

STABILIZE deepens the work through Well-Prepared Soil™, a six-module leadership development series designed to strengthen decision-making, communication, solution-creation, and leadership practices. The modules build progressively, helping leaders strengthen the culture and conditions that support the village within a child’s ecosystem.
