Well-Prepared Soil™ is a six-module leadership development series designed to strengthen decision-making, communication, solution-creation, and leadership practices. The modules help leaders examine how organizational practices, leadership decisions, and workplace conditions influence the village and, ultimately, the experiences of children and families.

 

The six modules build progressively, with each expanding upon the shared language, concepts, and practices introduced before it. Together, they move leaders from understanding the child’s ecosystem to intentionally creating the conditions needed for Top-Notch Villages™ to thrive.
