IGNITE
Reconnect the village to purpose.
Ignite is a two-part entry experience combining Dr. El Brown’s signature keynote, From Acorn to Mighty Mighty Oak Tree™, with the Top-Notch Villages™: Working Together to Help Families Win integration workshop.
Together, the keynote and workshop establish rapport, introduce shared language, reconnect participants to their shared mission, and create the foundation for deeper work.
ALIGN
Strengthen the village and the way it works together.
Align deepens the work through Top-Notch Villages™, a six-module professional development experience designed to strengthen relationships, role clarity, shared responsibility, intentional engagement, and mission alignment across a child’s ecosystem.
Families, service providers, and community members develop shared language and practical strategies for working together with greater connection, consistency, and purpose.
STABILIZE
Strengthen the conditions that support the village.
Stabilize deepens the work through Well-Prepared Soil™, a six-module leadership development experience designed to strengthen the culture and conditions in which a child’s ecosystem operates.
Emerging, middle-level, and organizational leaders strengthen decision-making, communication, solution-creation, emotional regulation, and leadership practices while examining how organizational conditions influence the people who serve children and families.
