Top-Notch Villages™ invites participants to rethink their role in a child’s ecosystem—the village of people surrounding the child—and how everyday roles carry mission assignments. Participants explore how village members become mission-aligned in their work for and with children, and how that alignment transforms a village into a Top-Notch Village. Through real-life examples, guided reflection, and practical application, participants gain clarity on how mission-aligned villages work together intentionally to ensure children feel safe, seen, and secure, so children can realize their personal potential for greatness and become positive contributors to society.
