ALIGN is the second step in the Ignite. Align. Stabilize. system. During ALIGN, the shared language and engagement philosophy introduced through IGNITE are carried into deeper practice through the Top-Notch Villages™ Workshop Series.

 

The series begins with the foundational workshop, Top-Notch Villages™: Working Together to Help Families Win, which establishes the shared language, engagement philosophy, and relationship-centered framework that support the full series and the larger Village Engagement Matrix™.

 

Developed through years of practical research, partnership, and real-world practice alongside Head Start programs, educators, family service professionals, and early childhood leaders, the series strengthens engagement across the child-and-family ecosystem through relationship-centered practice, mission alignment, and collaborative culture-building.

 

The five focus areas that follow help organizations strengthen communication, deepen engagement, support staff well-being, and build healthier systems for children, families, and the village members who serve them.
